Count three blessings.
Say three small good things out loud, whenever the day gives you a minute. Your phone keeps only the words, and your week fills up with moons.
Luna
Some days, you would rather be asked.
Luna is a five minute call about your day. She asks for your three, keeps each one on today's list as you say it, and remembers your week. Then goodnight.
- Each thing lands on your list the moment you say it, in your own words.
- She remembers the words on your list and a short note after each call. Nothing is recorded.
- Five minutes a day, whenever you like: in one call or a few, quick or talked through.
- She has a face. Awake before the call, listening while you talk, asleep once you have spoken.
- Part of Premium, with an account, alongside backup and sync. You can try it free for 7 days.
The Luna tab before the call: Luna awake, the topic chips, the kinds of call and the Call Luna button. Before the call
Pick where to start: today's three, someone, a hard day, or just talk.
The Luna tab after the call: Luna asleep, when she rings again, and what Luna heard. After the call
What Luna heard, in two short lines. She sleeps till tomorrow.
The Luna tab without Premium: Luna awake, a seven day trial and an example of what a call leaves behind. Before Premium
The same Luna, awake. Try her free for 7 days.
How it feels
Lighter days. Softer nights.
Sleep comes easier
People who name what went well before bed fall asleep faster and sleep longer. Your mind stops hunting for what went wrong and lets go.
Worry loses its grip
Gratitude quiets the loop of what-ifs. Three small things a day, and the day stops feeling like something to survive.
You feel closer to your people
Half of what you will say is about someone. Noticing it out loud changes how you show up for them tomorrow.
Happier, and it lasts
In the study behind this app, one week of three good things lifted people's happiness for six months. Not a mood. A shift.
How it works
About a minute, most days.
Set up in a minute. Say your first thing today.
- 01
The Gratitude home screen: a greeting, the week as seven moons, today's three with the third one being said, and a row to call Luna. Say it.
Tap once and talk, the way you would tell a friend. Or type it, if that suits the moment.
- 02
The step screen, listening: the question, and the words appearing as they are said. Only the words stay.
Your phone turns what you say into text as you speak. Nothing is recorded.
- 03
The Gratitude home screen with all three kept: the card turns green and today's moon is full. Three a day.
Each day you keep lights a moon on your week. Three is the ask, never a cap: a fourth is welcome.
Free, all of it
Everything you need to keep the habit.
Voice or typed
Say it out loud or write it down. Either way it lands as your own words.
Your week, in moons
Seven small moons on the home screen: a crescent for one, a half for two, full at three. A quiet day is a moon not yet lit.
Archive
Every day you kept, on a calendar you can scroll back through.
Weekly recap
On Sunday, your week read back to you in one sentence, in your own words.
Daily reminder
One nudge at the hour you choose. Change it or turn it off any time.
Export
Take every word with you as a file, whenever you like.
Premium, with an account, adds Luna and backup and sync. You can try it free for 7 days.
Did you know?
One week. Six months happier.
In 2005, psychologists at the University of Pennsylvania asked people to write down three good things each night for one week. Six months later they were still happier, and less depressed, than when they started.
Got questions?
Questions people ask
Do I need an account?
No. Open the app and say your first thing. Everything free works without one and stays on your phone. An account is only for Premium.
Is my voice recorded?
No. Your phone's speech service turns your voice into words as you speak, and only the words are kept. There is no recording, in the app or on a Luna call.
What if I miss a day?
Nothing breaks and nothing is held against you. The moon for that day simply stays unlit. Come back when you like.
How do I sign in?
With your email address. We send you a six digit code, you type it in, and you are in. There is no password and no link to click.
What does Luna remember?
The words on your list and a short note after each call. Nothing else: no audio and no transcript. You can delete a note, and every note goes with your account.
Can I get my entries out?
Yes. Export is in Settings and gives you every word you have kept as a file.
What happens if I change phones?
Turn on sync with a Premium account, or export your entries first and keep the file.
